Raptors
Birds of prey - hawks, eagles, falcons, owls, and other predatory birds - have fascinated people seemingly forever. From the eagles that symbolize two dozen or more countries to Harry Potter’s pet owl, raptors have a special place in cultures around the world.

For me, it’s the combination of beauty, gracefulness, and raw power that first drew me to these birds and that continues to enthrall me whenever I see them.
